Cloud Payroll - How to set rest day count as overtime for rest day without assign shift schedule?

Question : How to set rest day count as overtime for rest day without assign shift schedule?

Note: There are three conditions required to meet: -

1. Is Default Rule must be ticked in rule maintenance setting.
2. Only applicable to Auto OT Calculation (No OT Request must be ticked)
3. Only support one rule maintenance

Answer :

1) Go to rule maintenance > Is default rule must tick. No need assigned daily default shift on rest day.

2) No OT Request is required for OT Calculation must be ticked.

3) Employee clock in and out as usual. Total worked hours will be counted as overtime worked hours.

Result: Shift code will remain empty and showing actual overtime.
