Cloud Payroll - Human Resource : Employee User not able to apply Leave and Claim
Question : I already invited my employee as an employee user but when she login into Cloud Payroll, there is no button to apply leave and claim? Why?
Possible Reason :
E-Leave and E-Claim setting for your employee is not enabled.
1) Login as payroll user and go to Employee > Employee
2) Click on the status to change it from Deactive to Active for E-Claim and E-Leave.
3) The employee have to refresh the page, then will be able to apply leave or claim by clicking on the following buttons.
