Cloud Payroll - Leave : How to deduct leave using leave entry (New UI)?

Question : How to deduct leave using leave entry (New UI)?

Example : When an employee submitted leave application form physically.

Answer :


1) Go to Human Resource > Leave Management > Leave Entry


2) Click on Add New and select Deduct Leave from Employees


3) Key in Reason, select Leave Type, select leave date, define either for full day or half day.


4) To select employee click on the + sign, check the checkbox of the employee and click on the → sign to confirm, click on Apply.



5) Click on Save.
