Cloud Payroll - Maintenance : How can I remove the created user from User Maintenance

Question : I have created one user to access my payroll database previously. How can I remove the created user?
Answer :
1) Click on the drop-down button of the user’s email address, then the following table will be shown. Click on Edit button.
2) Uncheck the checkbox of Participate In, then click on Save.
3) You may refresh your page and open User Maintenance again. User email address has been removed from your payroll database.
