Cloud Payroll - Payroll Management : Unable to run payroll process for a new Year

Question : When I run payroll processor, I can’t select current year for example year 2019. Why?


Possible Reason :

You haven’t created period setup for Year 2019.


Solution :

1) Go to Setting > Year End > Period Setup.


2) Click on Add “+” button


3) Check the checkbox of the Calendar code that you wish to create for Year 2019, then click on Save.



4) Period Year 2019 is created and now you may run the payroll processor for Year 2019.
