Question : I am doing payroll migration from Payroll 2.9 to Cloud Payroll, but when I browse the local database, system prompted error “I/O error during "CreateFile (open)" operation for file "C:\PROGRAM FILES (X86)\AUTOCOUNT\PAYROLL\xxx”
Possible Reason :
This is because currently you still login that database in Payroll 2.9.
Solution :
Log out Payroll 2.9 and you may successfully browse the local database and start migration.
