Cloud Payroll - Report : Preview report error – nothing prompt/appear

Question : I want to preview payroll report but after click on Preview button nothing appear.

Possible Reason :

Your browser setting has blocked pop-ups and redirects from Cloud Payroll.

Solution :

1) On your browser, click on the pop-ups icon.

2) Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://payroll.autocountsoft.com.

3) Click on Done button.

Then you may preview payroll report or any other reports.
