Scenario 2 (After End, Without Buffer)

Answer :
Employee can apply for overtime request anytime as long as it’s AFTER the overtime ended.

Scenario 3 (Before Start, With Buffer)

Answer :
Since there is a 120 mins buffer, employee would need to apply for overtime 2 hours before the overtime starts.
