Question : Can I Change Billing Day?

Answer :


Yes, you will be allowed to change billing day after payment done. Kindly refer to the below steps..

(1) Kindly click ‘My subscriptions’ in Cloud Payroll subscription screen to view the details.

(2) Kindly click manage in your right-hand side.


(3) In the billing part, kindly click on the change billing day.


(4) You may select the day, then click save & proceed to payment.


Once the payment done, the subscription end date will be updated to the selected day.
