Question : Can I Purchase the New Plan Within Free Trial Period?

Answer :

Yes, system is providing this option to user. Kindly refer to below steps.

(1) Kindly click My Subscriptions in Cloud Payroll subscription screen.

(2) Kindly click Purchase button on your right-hand side.

(3) The system will pop out below message for you to choose.

   • Plan Selection: system will redirect to the purchase order screen to let you to make changes on headcounts or payment frequency before going to payment screen.
   • Purchase Current Plan & Proceed to Payment: no changes on purchased plan, you can direct to make payment.
