Question : How Existing User from Monthly (Post-paid) Package Change to Pre-paid Plan?

Answer :

1) Kindly click ‘My subscriptions’ in Cloud Payroll subscription screen to view the details.

2) Once you make payment for the last month of post-paid package (committed December 2022 / January 2023 payroll), you will see the renew button in below screen.

At the same time, the system will alert user: the Post-paid plans will be end in February 2023.

If you didn’t renew on time, you will be blocked to access the company.

3) After you click the renew button in above, system will redirect you to the purchase order screen. Means you will be starting for pre-paid plan
