Cloud Payroll - Subscription : What is Self Care Payment Method

Question : In Cloud Payroll subscription Payment Methods, there is a Self-Care option. What is this?

Answer :

The self-care option is meant for subscribers who wish to make payment (of subscription) manually instead of automatically. If this option is selected, Invoice shall be billed to the subscriber monthly stating clearly amount due for payment, and the subscriber shall make payment within the given period. Currently this option does not support payment in advance such as to make advanced payment of half year or one year. As the subscription charges is calculated on number of employees being processed in each month, thus it is hard to predict accurately for future months as the number of employees tend to change frequently.
