Cloud Payroll - Tools : Why is the leave cutoff empty in Leave Closing option?

Question : Why is the leave cutoff empty in Leave Closing option?


Possible Reason :

Leave BF Days are not assigned at Employee Group.


Solution:

1. Go to Tools and select Employee Group


2. Under Employee Group, select and edit any existing Employee Group.


3. Select and edit the BF Days (Brought Forward Days)


4. Once done, click on Save


5. Finally, re-run the Leave Closing and now you can see the information at Leave Cutoff.
