Question : What is the function of commit button in Year End Process?

Answer :

The commit button is to release EA form to your employees and make available for preview and download in Employee Self Service (ESS).

1. Once done verifying EA form and everything is fine. User can click on commit button at Year End Process.

2. Once committed, employees can login to ESS to download their own EA form. EA 2020 is ready for preview and download.
