Question : What is the function of min/max acceptable OT hour per day in rule maintenance?




Answer :


This function is for user to set minimum and maximum overtime hour per day that an employee allowed to work.


For example set 30 minutes for minimum and 4 hours for maximum




Min. Acceptable OT Hour Per Day: It means that if an employee worked less than 30 minutes for OT, the OT will not be counted.


Max. Acceptable OT Hour Per Day:: It means that if user worked more than 4 hours of OT, the maximum OT can be claimed will be 4 hours per day.
