Cloud Payroll - What is the purpose of Gender in Leave Type Maintenance?

Question : What is the purpose of Gender in Leave Type Maintenance?

Gender is used to restrict certain leave types for a specific gender.
For example, Maternity Leave is only for Female employees

Answer :

1) Go to Tools > General Maintenance > Leave Type.

2) Select Maternity Leave, click Edit button.

3) Go to Gender and select Female and Save.

4) Now Maternity Leave is applicable only to female employees.
