Cloud Payroll - Where to download the SOCSO + EIS text file in AC Cloud Payroll?

Question : Where to download the SOCSO + EIS text file in AC Cloud Payroll?

Answer :

1) Go to Payroll > Payroll Management > Electronic Payment.

2) Look for Monthly Government Files > SOCSO + EIS and click download

3) File has been successfully downloaded and need to unzip. The text file unzipped is used for upload to PERKESO website.
