Export All Data

Export GL/AR/AP Data

This menu is available only when Export Account module is enabled.

This menu is meant to export account data into a compressed file, so that it can be imported onto another AutoCount account book.

Export Sales/Stock/Purchase Data

This menu is available only when Export Stock module is enabled.

This menu is meant to export stock data into a compressed file, so that it can be imported onto another AutoCount account book.

Refer to module topic Export Stock.


Export Master Data

This is to export master data from an AutoCount account book so that it can be imported onto another account book.

Go to File > Import & Export > Export Master Data

Select the items to be exported




Document Date Range: to filter the document date range

Last Modified Date Range: to filter last modified document date range

Debtor Code: to filter by debtor

Creditor Code: to filter by creditor

Export All: to export all master data


Click on Master II



Click on Export...



Click on Save.
