FA Troubleshooting: Can’t find new asset in loading new asset screen

Question: Why can't I find new asset in loading new asset screen? I’ve created a new purchase invoice, but the screen shows blank?

Possible Reason:

You didn’t check the option ‘IsAsset’ when creating a new purchase invoice. Thus, you can’t load any new asset from purchase invoice.

Solution:

Edit the purchase invoice, check the option of ‘IsAsset’. You will be able to load new asset now.
