Question: When I copy and paste Excel template onto Import Asset Excel Worksheet, it prompted error: “String was not recognized as a Valid Date Time.” Why?

Possible Reason:

You have maintained an incorrect Date Time in Excel worksheet.

Solution:

Please check on screen for Action column, if the action is blank, means the issue occur start from this asset. This asset Purchase Date is 31/06/2019, this is not a valid date as June does not have 31st.

Correct the date at Excel template, please make sure other asset’s date column is a valid date too, then copy and paste again. Now you should be able to import successfully.
