FNB/QR ordering: Message prompted resource not found when open restaurant?

Question :

Message prompted Resource not found when open restaurant?

Possible Reason :

Terminal maintenance settings did not select restaurant

Solution :

1. Go to POS Backend -> Point of Sale -> Terminal Maintenance -> Edit selected terminal -> click on GET Restaurant.

2. Select the Restaurant for this terminal -> OK to save.

3. Run speed sync at Frontend pc -> More function -> Configuration Settings -> Others tab -> retry OPEN RESTAURANT.
