FNB/QR ordering: Why is QR Ordering app keep showing the restaurant is closed?

Question :

Why is QR Ordering app keep showing the restaurant is closed?

Possible Reason :

QR Ordering integration is not enabled/opened yet in front end setting.

Solution :

1. Login Frontend FnB, go to More Function > Settings > Configuration Settings > Others tab > QR Ordering Integration (make sure to click on Open Restaurant button) to enable the QR Ordering operating function.
