FnB: How to change table service type status permanently?

Question :

How to change table service type status permanently?

Solution :

In the system, there are 4 service types you can define for table button which are Dine In, Take Away, Delivery and Catering.

Not all customers are Dine In customers. Some of them will order takeout service like Foodpanda, Grabfood, DeliverEat, dahmakan or other sources.

1. Go to More Function > Setting > Table Design

2. Right click on the table you want to change service type.

3. Under Default Service Type, you may set to the service type you want > OK.

4. Except for Dine In Status, others service types are unable to use Service Charge Rate function.
