FnB: Service type status does not follow table design setting

Question :

I have set different Service Type for selected table, but when I use this table to make order, system does not capture my default service type status. Why?

Possible Reason :

You may not yet enable service charge function.

Solution :

1. Find out how to perform service charge setting at the following link:

2. Login F&B > More Function > Setting

3. Click on Table Design.

4.Right click your Table > Un-tick Always follow Terminal Setting Srevice Charge % > set your own Rate on Service Charge (%) > OK > Save

5. Re login FnB > select table > add order > Done
