Question :

Why is FNB POS not auto-tick print order slip?

Solution :

System will remember your last saved setting on previous order slip transaction printed (e.g. you have checked print order slip).

1. At first, login to POS Backend, Go to Point of sale > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance > Edit > Receipt (Character Based) tab

2. Make sure “Don’t print hold bill / order slip” function is unchecked.

3. At the Front end, make sure to check Print Order Slip when confirm order and the system will remember such current setting.

4. For the next transaction, system will remember your last saved setting and will check print order slip by default.

Note : Please perform synchronization after making any changes on POS Backend.
