Question :

Why is the receipt printer printing a slip of order number before the receipt?

Solution :

You may have enabled the feature of print order number.

1. At POS Back End, Go to Point of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance > Select the Option ID > Edit > Document Control 2 tab

2. Make sure the “Print Order No” checkbox is unticked if you don’t want to print the order number slip

Note : Please perform synchronization after making any changes on POS Backend.
