GL: How to block certain users from editing Stock Value Maintenance

Question : How to block certain users from editing Stock Value Maintenance?

Version : 1.9 / 2.0


Answer :

1) Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Access Rights > AutoCount Accounting > General Ledger > Stock Value Maintenance > Edit Stock Value.

2) Uncheck the checkbox of the user you wish to remove his access rights for Edit Stock Value and click on Apply.

3) Now when this user try to edit/save Stock Value Maintenance, access denied message will be prompted.

Note : This access right is only available in AutoCount Accounting version 1.9.6.18 and above, for Version 2.0 in 2.0.7.112 and above.
