GL: How to change the sequence of account type in financial report

Question: In Balance Sheet report, can I change the sequence of account type in my report? For example, I wish to make Current Assets on the top then follow by Fixed Assets.

Answer:

Yes, you can. Before you preview the balance sheet report, go to Other Setting > Set Account Group.

Click to highlight the account type that you wish to change the sequence, click on up or down arrow button to move the account type upwards or downwards. After that, click on Save button to save your preference.

The sequence now has been changed according to your preference.
