GL: How to maintain Account Type in Account Maintenance

Question: How to create new Account Type in Account maintenance as I couldn’t find any button to create a new Account Type?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Answer:

1. To create a new Account Type, go to General Maintenance > Account Type Maintenance.

2. Click on New button, message box will be prompted. Fill in the necessary information and click on OK button to proceed.

New Account Type has been created, you may drag or create account under this Account Type.
