Enable Goods & Services Tax (Tax): to enable the GST functions.
GST Rate: to maintain the GST Rate.
Rename Tax To: change the name of tax if differs ... eg. VAT
Must Specify Tax Code: if this check, it means the system will not allow users to save any document/ entry with unassigned tax type.
Tax Reporting Currency Code: to show the financial report in difference currency
Enable Tax Document Number Management: This is for Indonesia use only.
Allow Different Tax Currency Rate: Allow user to set different currency rate for tax calculation.
Use Inclusive GST for Sales Documents: to calculate as inclusive price for all the sales document
Use Default Tax Code In ARAP: to use default tax code (which you have maintain in tax code maintenance) in sales and purchase document
GST Setting From Other Account Book: user can directly import all GST setting from one account book to another account book.
GST Start Date: to define the GST start date.
GST Taxable Period (months): to define the GST taxable period either 1 month or 3 months
Apply GST Logic Option: choose apply tax logic for all date or apply tax logic only after GST start date
Must Process AR Bad Debt Relief After Six Month: when this is check, the system will auto generate journal entry for bad debt relief.
Must Process AP Bad Debt Relief After Six Month: when this is check, the system will auto generate journal entry for bad debt relief.
Must Process GST on DO: when this is check, the system will auto generate journal entry for GST on DO.
Must Process GST on Payment: when this is check, the system will auto generate journal entry for GST on Payment.
Enable 30 Days Advanced Payment Warning: This will cause a warning to be prompt when users try to save an A/R Receive Payment document that is used to knock-off an Invoice that has its document date or knock-off date greater than 30 days of the A/R Receive Payment document date.
