General Maintenance: Copy users and access rights setting from other account books

Question: Can I copy access rights setting from other account books?

Answer:

Yes, you can copy Users and User Groups, Access Rights Setting, User Reports and Grid Layout from other account books by using AutoCount Accounting Management Studio.

Click to highlight the account book you are working on, then login using User ID: Admin and Admin password.

Go to Tools > Copy Data from Other Account Book.

Select the account book you want to copy from, check the check-boxes of items to be copied, Click on Copy.

Users & access rights has been successfully copied.
