Go to Stock > Inventory Physical Worksheet,
Define the Date / Stock Item filter option,
Click on Inquiry,
Filter Options
Date: define the date as at..
Stock Item: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select.
Report Options
Group by: select either None, Item Group or Item Type.
Sort by: select either Item Code or Item Description.
Show Criteria in Report: to show selected options in report
More Options
Filter Options: Filter 1
Stock Group: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Item Type: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Location: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Batch Options: choose either Print All Batch or Print Empty Batch
Item Batch No: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Item Active Options: define whether to print only active items or include inactive items.
Filter Options: Filter 2
Stock Item Brand: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Item Category: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Item Class: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Other Options
Include Zero Balance: to include items with zero quantity balance
Inquiry: to refresh and show the result of filter options and report options.
Preview: to preview report to be printed
Print: to select printer and print report
Hide Options: to hide the Options portion so that the screen has more space for details. Click on Show Options to show it again.
Close: close the screen
Click on Preview,
There are 2 types of report:
0. Inventory Physical Worksheet: this report will show quantity of stock that belonged to you (to include those that are with consignees)
1. Exclude Consignment: this report will show quantity of stock that is currently hold by you (exclude those that are with consignees)
