I have done configuration for OneSales terminal, but location and terminal does not appear ? What is the problem here?
Possible Reason :
It could be your settings in sync profile did not set properly.
1. Go to One Sales website > Click the Menu Bar > Sync Profile
2. Click the Edit Button
3. Sync Method and Product Sync Method change to ‘Sync’
Now you may try configure your OneSales terminal again.
