Question :

One Sales POS Frontend unable to select member even after I have linked to OneRewards?

Possible Reason :

You did not enable OneRewards function at terminal settings.

Solution :

1. Go to Autocount OneSales Web Portal, Go to Main Menu > Terminal > Terminal Settings > Edit.

2. At Terminal Settings > Go to Document tab > scroll down to OneRewards function > Tick to Enable OneRewards function.

3. Now you will be able to select member on OneSales POS Frontend.
