Question :

When I try to configure sync for OneSales Pos, it shows error message below. Any idea to solve this issue?

ClientSyncServices: Load dbsetting error.

Possible Reason :

Your OneSales services was logon as local system. Need to change to Local User to run the services.

Solution :

1. Go to Windows Services > right click OneSalesPos Client Sync then click Properties

2. In Log On tab, click This account and insert your PC user name and password

Then click OK to save

3. And now, you are able to do sync in OneSales POS
