Question :

Unable to do POS posting due to sync issue warning has occurred?

Unable to do posting because transactions has unresolved sync issues.


Possible Reason :

This is because some transaction records have sync issue.


Solution :

1. You may click on the transaction record that has sync issue warning to check the warning detail. One of the products has missing product code and product variant and caused the sync interrupted.


2. Go to Point of Sale > Terminal Monitor > Sync issue, there will show the sync issue warning record.


3. Click on View to check the transaction warning message.


4. System will show you the solution to resolve it.


5. Now you will be able to do POS posting without warning message.
