Optical Pos: Click Outlet Maintenance Cannot find table 0

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question :

When I go to Outlet Maintenace, it pops out the following error?

Cannot find table 0.

Possible Reason :

AutoCount Optical POS Server Configuration is not properly maintained.

Solution :

1.Go to Windows Start Menu > AutoCount Optical POS > AutoCount Optical POS Configuration.

2.Click Add > enter database info > Save > OK

Name: Your sync profile name, for your outlet to identify which database to sync with.

Server Name: Your server name and SQL instance name.

Database Name: Your database name.

User Name: SA user name.

Password: SA password.
