I have multiple companies under a Group of Company. I want the customers record to be shared. How can I retrieve other outlets’ customer info, spectacle, and contact lenses history?

Solution :

1. Go to Windows Start Menu > AutoCount Optical POS > AutoCount Optical POS Configuration.

2. Click Add > enter database info > Save > OK

Name: Your sync profile name, for your outlet to identify which database to sync with.

Server Name: Your server name and SQL instance name.

Database Name: Your database name.

User Name: SA user name.

Password: SA password.

3. Add all the company account book that you want to share customer record.

4. Login Optical POS Backend > Optical POS > POS Config > Fill in info > Apply

Server Url: Server IP address + Optical Server Configuration port number

Server ID: Name from Optical POS Server Configuration

5. Go to Customer Info
