Optical Pos: How to use an old Terminal ID on new PC?

Question :

I have used this terminal ID on the old PC, now I want to use the same terminal ID on a newly configured PC, what should I do?

Solution :

1. You must first delete the terminal. Login OneSales Backend > Point of Sale > Terminal Monitor > Find out your Terminal > click on the arrow-down button of Edit > Delete


2. Click Yes, delete it.

3. Go back to One Sales Wizard > Get Terminal again.
