Question :

System pops up error message when click new outlet.

Error while creating thread form OpticalPos.Maintenance.Outlet.FormOutletEntry, OpticalPos, Version=2.1.1.4,...

The error message is 'Login Failed. Incorrect password.'.

Possible Reason :

You may have accidentally inserted wrong SQL user name & password.

Solution :

1. Go to Windows Start Menu > AutoCount Optical POS > AutoCount Optical POS Server Configuration.

2. Please leave the username & password blank if you are using default Autocount sa Username & password.

3. Now you should be able to create new outlet.
