Question: What is the differences between audit trail and activity stream?

Answer:

Audit Trail

Audit Trail allows you to view the listing of past saved events, e.g. items/accounts/maintenance/documents/entries that were newly created (New), Edited, Cancelled, Deleted, Previewed, Printed and etc.


Activity Stream

Activity Stream provides an activity log that records all activities carried out by the system including Open Window, Inquiry, Create New, Edit, Cancel, Delete, View, Preview, Print, Open Print Listing Report and etc.


Note: Make sure you have enabled Activity Stream to activate the recording log.
