Others: Do I still able to view the last year price history after run year end closing?

Question : After run year end closing, do I still able to view my last year price history?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Answer :

Yes, you can still view your price history as usual at: -

a) Inquiry > Stock item inquiry > Price history

b) Document “Show instant info” > Price history

c) Sales > Price history report

But drill down to those completed documents will not be possible, a message will be prompted: “Cannot find record, the record might be deleted”.

This is because when a source document is completed (fully paid and fully transferred) before year end, it will be deleted during year end process.
