To check your database file size, you will need to go your server PC and look for the folder that storing AutoCount data. The default path is usually C:\AutoCount Data or D:\AutoCount Data. In that folder, you can find your account book database name, kindly look for the filename that end with wording DATA. This is the file that you can look into it to see how big your database size is.

The file size limit for Microsoft SQL Server 2005 will be 4GB (4,000,000 KB), while Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above will be 10GB (10,000,000 KB). You can check your current version of Microsoft SQL at your server Control Panel > Program and Features. (For Windows XP will be Control Panel > Add and Remove Program)
