Question: How to improve AutoCount Accounting system performance and reduce database size?

Answer:

Go to Start > All Programs > AutoCount Accounting > AutoCount Accounting Management Studio.

(Note: AutoCount Management Studio must login using ADMIN user as it can access to backend functions.)

Click on Tools > Database Maintenance and start.

Intelligent Rebuild Index: This function is used to re-index your database. It usually able to improve your system performance when inquiry information or reports.

Shrink Database: This function is used to minimize the size of your database.

Note: Please note that if you wish to run both functions, make sure there is no one else login AutoCount Accounting and performing any action on it.
