To do so,

Step 1: Click on the option on the lower left of AutoCount splash screen.

Step 2: Click on Forget ADMIN password?

Step 3: Click on the Preview Request Reset ADMIN Password Form.

AutoCount Accounting Request Reset ADMIN's Password Form will be launched as below. Print out the form, chop & sign, then fax it to Auto Count Sdn Bhd or email to lcp@autocountsoft.com.

User will be supplied with a Reset Password Key. Key in the Reset Password Key, then click on Reset ADMIN Password, and the ADMIN Password will be reset to “ADMIN”. Login using password 'ADMIN" and you may then proceed to change to your desired password.
