Others: How to show account description 2 at lookup edit

Question : I’ve maintained 2 Debtor account with a same company name, but differentiate them at description 2. How to show the description 2 at lookup edit when selecting Debtor of an Invoice?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Answer :

Go to Tools > Options > General > Application Settings, check the checkbox of Show Account Description 2 in Lookup Edit, then click on OK.

Now the description 2 show in lookup edit when select Debtor.
