Question: When I log in Payroll, there is this True and False in Registered column on log in screen? What does True and False mean?

Answer:

True means the account book has a valid license registered with Auto Count Sdn. Bhd.

False means the account book does not have a valid license and you need to register the payroll account book, OR you have changed the address or company name causing the license becomes a trial version.

Remarks: Any changes of name or address will affect the validity of license. You should contact your software vendor regarding the changes of company name or address.

Note: To register payroll company with license, you may need to contact your software vendor for assistance.
