Photocopier Management System Troubleshooting: Error message “Posting is doing by other user, please close this form and try later.”

Question : Error message “Posting is doing by other user, please close this form and try later” when do post transaction to Sales Invoice. But there is no other user doing the posting now.

Possible Reason :

Something has caused system to record that someone is doing the posting.

Solution :

Go to Microsoft SQL Management Studio or AutoCount Accounting Management Studio and run the query as shown below: -

UPDATE CO_Options SET IsPostingNow='F'

And you will able to do the posting now.
