Pos3/5/FNB: 1st time setup EDashBoard but transaction does not sync?

Question :

I have setup my eDashboard and properly configured but my transaction pending to sync is not moving. What happened?


Possible Reason :

The transaction that still pending is probably transaction older than 2 years ago. Our cloud server will only store transaction for this year and last year.


Solution :

1. Login AutoCount POS/Accounting Management Studio > Tools > SQL Query > Yes > enter the following statement > Execute.

Update POS set Pos_IsSDProcessed = 'T'
