Pos3/5/FNB: Activate Pos Backend Error using dongle

Question :

I try to activate backend license using pos 5 dongle, when I select Local USB Key in Autocount License Control . Its shows error below (Fail to get Server ID from this PC.). May I know how to solve it?

Possible Reason :

Autocount server may have compatibility and permission issue with windows.

Solution :

You may run AutoCount Server as Administrator to open or upgrade your AutoCount Server to the latest version.
